$18US/NIGHT ONE PERSON OR $22US/NIGHT TWO PERSON (children stay free) for a Campsite with a Large Tent with bottom base tarp & tarp suspended over tent, and Hermetically Sealed Double Mattress, Pillows and Linens (we set-up and break down the gear). Fresh bathroom supplies are provided for you daily that include a towel, hand towel, soap, shampoo and toilet paper. Fresh linens are provided every other day. The campsite is located within 50 meters of the Bathroom. Firewood is provided for our campers upon request.

Birth of the Stage-One Camping Concept
With long-term hopes of becoming a 200 unit mixed lodging campground that offers activities and is supported by its own autonomous village; Stage-One Camping was formed to provide a sort of preliminary live market investigation into the demands and desires of World Travelers visiting Tulum that camp and hostal.

The initial build out zone is tucked 330 meters west of the federal highway near the front of the land parcel. The land offers 230 acres of lush flora and active fauna with a rough and varied geography including a small wetland area and an unimproved cenote at the base of a large cave mouth near the back of the property. The land stands largely unexplored.

Stage-One is in its infancy with a crude access cleared and spread by hand, three campsites with footpaths, a few full sets of new gear and the first bathroom installation on-line as of August 15 2017.

The kitchen and first dormitory palapas are under construction. The kitchen palapa is about 70% complete, and with any grace; is scheduled to be open for breakfast service and snacks by October 2017 with full service coming on-line by December.The dormitory palapa with 2 bunk beds, queen bed loft, screened porch and private bathroom should be available for March 2018.

• Initial land clearing and creation of an access road without the use of heavy machinery.

• hard framed transparent paneled roofs instead of tarps over 3 campsites
• Brush-Cutting to Establish an Artery Trail, Property Exploration

Future Projects at Stage-One

• Clear and Create a 2km bike trail that connects the cenote to the initial build out zone.
• Clean and Prepare Cave Cenote located at far west of property.
• Expand build-out to include Large Palapa (that houses a communal kitchen, cafeteria and a  recreation/lounge area), 6 additional bathrooms to support 30 total campsites.
• Swimming Pool with Deck Surround created in designated area near the main campsites.
• Seven cabins each approximately 16m2 in area with a 2 beds, a porch and a private bath situated Northwest from the planned swimming pool project

While the dormitory is still under construction, we have provided our planned rates for the bed units that will be offered when the dormitory palapa is finished. The
