• IWe are looking to make your experience fun. We provide setup and break down of the rented gear at stage-one,We can gather you up firewood for a fire or BBQ. . If you are looking for a more seculded experience for a group, Campsites can be created futher away on the land with a few days notice.

• Explore the land

• Stage-One is located on a 230 acre land parcel that has remained largely unexplored. There is an unimproved cenote about 2 km back into the land from the intitial build out area. Hiking trails are being worked out gradulally.

• Laundry on-site

Laundry service is available and includes wash, machine dry and fold for $100 pesos per 6 kg load.

• come and stay

  Large Tents with Comfortable Beds, fresh linens and toiletries are $16 US per Night one adult or $20 for two adults (children stay free). Or bring you own gear and stay at a campsite a la carte for $6 US per night.
